Of course it had to be updated out of the box, that is to be expected. It had connection issues with the wireless HP printer, and took too much time to resolve and get connected. Not thrilled with the touchscreen, it's always dirty and doesn't respond to some commands to which I have to use the mouse. I totally dislike the fact that it comes with McAfee virus protection, I had to uninstall it, it was slowing down my whole system and ability to download certain PDF files and videos. I do like that it starts up fast. Other than that, I am not seeing what sets it apart from all the others .

I just love my Toshiba I had a HP laptop and this is so fast and easy to use. I am on vision 10 and it is great once you use it. I do work sheets, and play music, import my pictures, and print from my printer. Love, I had a old version 6 HP and this is great!
